  1. Where are you located? 14400 Old Baxter Rd. Silver Point TN 38582 Less than an hour east of Nashville off exit 273 on I-40 and 15 minutes west of Cookeville, exit 273 I-40

  2. How long does it take to go through? It depends! Everyone is different and may move at a different pace. We offer 3 haunted houses, corn maze, live entertainment, so you could be here for hours! We consider ourselves a destination haunted house so give yourself some extra time to enjoy it!

  4. How much does it cost to park? Free parking is available on site.

  5. Does Halloween Hollow offer group rates? We absolutely do! If you have a group of 25 people or more group rates are available. Email us at halloweenhollowhaunt@gmail.com to contact group sales

  6. Are there any age restrictions to enter? Halloween Hollow is Halloween fun for everyone. Some of our attractions may be too scary for younger children. Our corn maze has no scareactors inside and offers a less frightening experience. We offer a “No Scare Flare” for ones who want to be protected from the monsters that roam and dwell inside the Hollow. That can be purchased at the box office or gift shop for an extra $5.

  7. Does Halloween Hollow accept credit cards? Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

  8. Do you take American Express? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for both online and on site sales but no, we do not take American Express.

  9. Can I buy tickets in advance? Yes. Purchasing tickets online and in advance is highly recommended. Walk-up sales are subject to availability (we may sell out!) Online ticket prices have applicable sales tax and service fees.

  10. If I buy tickets online, do I have to use them the same day? Not at all! We understand life happens! As long as your ticket has not been used, we will honor it any night we open during this season.

  11. I bought my ticket online…do I have to wait in line when I get into the Haunted House? You can skip the box office line and go straight to the giant pumpkin entrance. Proof of ticket purchase must be shown to enter Halloween Hollow. After you purchase a ticket online, you will receive an email with your ticket. You must present this barcoded ticket (printed or on your smartphone) to the staff at the giant pumpkin entrance and you will be granted entry. Then your ticket will be scanned for entry to each haunted houses.

  12. Is there a way to avoid waiting in line? Yes! We offer Slasher Pass that will slash your wait time or R.I.P. Pass which gets you immediate access to the attraction.

  13. Are the monsters allowed to touch you? Though there may be some accidental contact, the actors at Halloween Hollow will not touch you.

  14. Can I take pictures? Yes and No. Be prepared to take lots of picture with roaming monsters and at the many free photo ops at Halloween Hollow. Take as many pictures as you wish in the outdoor areas, but please know that there is NO PHOTOGRAPHY OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE THE HAUNTED HOUSES. Please be sure to put your phones away securely before you enter the attractions. Phones and other belongings are easily lost and often broken inside haunted house environments, so please secure your belongings and focus on enjoying the experience!

  15. Does Halloween Hollow offer a Military or First Responder discount? We do have a special event to honor our military and first responders. Special Events

  16. Is Halloween Hollow wheelchair accessible? The grounds at Halloween Hollow are accessible to those using wheelchairs or manually-powered mobility aids. Video Slashback and Big Top Meats are wheelchair accessible. Dark Raven is not wheelchair accessible. Please be aware we are an outdoor attraction and getting to the entrance does have rough terrain. Because the attractions include areas that are dark and areas that may cause one to become disoriented, a staff member may be provided to help guide patrons using any of these devices. Canes may be used but crutches may not be used due to safety concerns.

  17. Is there a lot of fog in the haunted house? We do use fog machines at Halloween Hollow. Should you find the fog too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attraction.

  18. Are there strobe lights? Yes, strobe lights are in use throughout the attraction

  19. Can I go in if I’m pregnant? Halloween Hollow is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.

  20. Is it a ride? Halloween Hollow is an outdoor walk through attraction.

  21. Is it dark? There are very dark areas. We are a haunted house.

  22. Is it a maze? Can I get lost? You may get lost in the corn maze but if you get lost, just scream, and the corn will lend you an ear. The haunted houses do have a defined pathway.

  23. Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes at Halloween Hollow? Yes, but wearing masks is prohibited due to safety reasons.

  24. Are you open if it rains? We take safety very seriously. If it’s too dangerous to open due to wet conditions then we will not. Some attractions may close due to the weather. Keep an eye on our socials for updated weather announcements. Always wear proper attire for the weather you may encounter.

  25. Once we’ve used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket? No. A new ticket is required for each attraction walkthrough.

  26. Do your attractions have security? Yes. Halloween Hollow is assisted by Putnam County Police Officers.

  27. Can we be thrown out of the Halloween Hollow for any reason? Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing/shoving, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, outside alcohol, illicit substances, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be followed for your own safety. Those in violation of these rules may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the property without a refund.

  28. Do you serve alcoholic beverages? Halloween Hollow LLC does not serve alcoholic beverages but the Defenders Retreat Pavilion may offer such beverages. (These are separate enterprises.)

  29. Is smoking allowed? Smoking and Vaping are only allowed in designated areas outside. Smoking and Vaping are NOT allowed indoors, in the queue lines or FearWay.

  30. Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses? No photography of any sort is allowed INSIDE the haunts. Haunted houses are dark and people’s eyes (especially the actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience but you’re ruining the actors’ ability to use their character. Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside (including nightshot), OUTSIDE of the haunts, photography is permitted and encouraged with multiple photo ops.

  31. What can we NOT bring with us or NOT do inside your haunted houses? No backpacks. No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No photography of any kind. No strollers. No carrying children of any age. No smoking. No vaping. No laser pointers or flashlights. No food or beverages. No large umbrellas. No costumes, masks or props. No touching the props, scenery or actors.

  32. Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions? Yes. We have a gift shop with merchandise for purchase as well as snacks and drinks! The Defenders Retreat Pavilion also offers different food and drink options. They also schedule food truck vendors. Halloween Hollow is not responsible for food truck vendors or any food or beverage sold at the Defenders Retreat Pavillion.

  33. Are the attractions the same this year? The themes may be the same but we try to offer up something new and exciting each and every year!

  34. Is this the haunted house where there are 13 floors and when you get to the top you get your money back? No, there is no such haunted house. And McKamey Manor is NOT a haunted house.

  35. Can we win free tickets? Occasionally, we have free ticket giveaways on the socials, so stay tuned!

  36. Is there anything else fun to do while visiting Halloween Hollow besides the haunts? Madame Bastet the Feline Fortune Teller, Not-So-Scary Corn Maze, Live Entertainment,  Special Event nights, and Anarchy Laser Battle (select nights)
